The Dublin Burlesque Festival returns this November, and promises to shock and surprise the curious and those on familiar ground. It runs from the 7th to the 9th of November, and full details on the festival can be found here.
The festival has four main events, with Saturday being the Gala Performance. Go check it out.
Thursday November 7th – Speakeasy in the Mercantile Dublin 2
This night will be a unique Jazz experience, with our very own Burlesque team on hand to make sure you enjoy your night. You will be entertained by some of Dublin’s finest Jazz singers and the speakeasy atmosphere will ensure that you get into the swing of things. Ticket price includes your first drink. Dress code 1920′s cool.
Friday November 8th – Circus Macabre at the Sugar Club
A very special show on Friday 8th in the Sugar Club on Leeson Street, from 8pm till late.
As part of the competition Dublin Burlesque Festival invites you to commune with your darker side, get in touch with the surreal and laugh hysterically along to the tunes of your destruction.
Saturday 9th November – Gala performance and Awards
This night will showcase the classic, retro and cheesecake burlesque acts with some of Ireland top performers (male and female) competing to win a most coveted “Epiphany” award. We guarantee a night of tease and titillation. Dress to impress! Suggested dress code is formal, 1920′s – 2013 glamour, think red carpet and wowing the crowd.
