It’s turning into a Beckett season here at the Workhorse, with Before Vanishing and All that Fall reviewed or previewed over the last few days!
John Hurt’s version of Krapp’s Last Tapes is back in the Gate theatre from 19th – 28th of March, and is simply not to be missed. A chance to see a legend of the stage and screen perform this quite beautiful work is too much to pass up.
Below is the ‘Beckett on Film’ version of the same thing, directed by Atom Egoyan. It’s currently running on my screen at least with an ad for Dido’s new album at the bottom. To see it without the ad for Dido (presumably) go to the Gate!
You can book tickets for it here on the Gate’s website. Go, just go. It’s heavily sold already so you’ll have to move fast! Tickets are €25.
