On Yo La Tengo’s new tour, a member of the audience is called to the front, and asked to spin a wheel, at the start of each show. The wheel lets you know what type of night you’re about to receive, as you can get various options from their many alter egos. Still, the people in Chicago were hit pretty hard the other night, when they got ‘classic sitcom’, which meant the band acted out an episode from Seinfeld.

They slightly wussed out on the joke, by playing a full set afterwards, but I guess they’re nice people. It got them some attention, which is possibly the aim. The results are below!
