Radio Rosario By Little John Nee – Thursday, 28th September 2017 –  Time: 8pm

Tickets: €16/14

Radio Rosario

In Galway City in the very near future Valve Hegarty sings audio jingles to pay the rent; a drudgery that weighs heavy on him. He has a hankering for something of substance and is drawn to the beauty of twentieth century valve radios. A chance meeting in Clifden leads him to the site of The Marconi Station where a soundscape of ghostly broadcasts begin. Meanwhile Rosario is… well Rosario is Rosario.

In Radio Rosario, Little John Nee brings his mesmeric musical storytelling to another dimension with longtime collaborator and creator Laura Sheeran. They are joined by a multi-award winning team: including lighting designer, Sarah Jane Shiels (WillFredd Theatre), recording engineer and producer Tommy McLaughlin (Villagers, SOAK) and designer Triona Lillis (An Klondike).
