Ok, so Patrick has departed for another year, so what are we left with? There’s a whole lot of revolution going on, with New plays in the form of McKenna’s Fort and Rebel, Rebel. There’s also Wise Wounds in Smock Alley, if you need a break from the 1916-ness.
There’s also two heavy weights fighting in the cinema, with Batman versus Superman. I’ve a nagging doubt that it will be awful, but I still want to see it. Can anyone explain why that is? Battles and Natalie Merchant are the hot picks in the world of Music.
Strangely enough, the RHA Annual Exhibition opens this week! It’s been moved this year and possibly from now on. It’s always worth checking out. The Nick Miller in IMMA also comes highly recommended.
