What the hell is a Flightfest, I hear you scream. Just in case you’ve been living under a rock for the last week and have missed the wall to wall media coverage this has been getting, we’ll add to it by confirming some of the facts and figures:
Over 35 aircraft, old and new, fly past like you’ve never seen them before – The biggest fly past in the history of Irish aviation – Free family event: Fun starts at 12:00
Quays pedestrianised between the Customs House and Dublin Port – Best viewing place: see MAP
Sounds like there will be face painting, I love face painting! It’s a family friendly event, so those with little people have a plan for Sunday… Fulll details are here.
For the rest of us, it means the quays are closed on Sunday, so be warned!
