One of the top picks in our Fringe Festival preview, White Rabbit, Red Rabbit is a show by Iranian Playwright Nassim Soleimanpour which is performed by a different actor each day, who has not seen the script previously. An unusual concept, but as the piece has now traveled the world it obviously works. The blurb attached promised some of the biggest names in Irish theatre and surprisingly it has not disappointed with Stephen Rea, Olwen Fouéré, Peter Daly,Amy Conroy, Natalie Radmall Quirke, Shane Byrne, Gina Moxley, Ciaran O’Brien, Hilary O’Shaughnessy, and comedienne Maeve Higgins. It is still pot luck to who plays on any particular day though.
The piece runs at the New Theatre from September 11th at 1pm daily. I’d recommend to get your tickets early!
