Ever wanted to have a good nose around an artist studios? Steal anything that wasn’t tied down? Now is your chance, as Visit is an open day in studios in 18 venues in Dublin.

I went a few years ago, and it really does feel like the artists just put down their brush seconds before you arrived. A lot of the artists are people you’ve never heard of, but you never know who you’ll discover or what you’ll find. The spaces themselves are often building on the brink of collapse, which adds to the character of the event.

They’re pretty spread out around the city centre, so wear a good pair of shoes and enjoy!
