Sensorium is a week long music festival, in the project arts centre Dublin. You can find details of it here. It is being organised by the great Judith Ring, It runs from the 7th to the 12th of March, and features workshops, talks and a series of concerts. The composers involved come from all over Europe and include names such as: Enda Bates, Linda Buckley, Donnacha Dennehy, Roger Doyle, George Higgs, Emily Kalies, Jonathan Nangle, Judith Ring…

Having very little talent in music myself (does grade three in the recorder count?) I’m always intrigued by the idea of workshops such as these, but would like to lurk at the back of the room, and not be asked to participate in any way, shape or form!

Tickets are 10 euro for any of the main events, but there’s a festival pass for 20 euro, which sounds a pretty good deal! Go check it out…
