Adam Bryanbaum Wiltzie – Travels In Constant Vol 24 EP – Review by Killian Laher

Adam Bryanbaum Wiltzie, one half of ambient duo A Winged Victory For The Sullen and ex-Stars of the Lid, has released a stop gap EP as part of the Travels In Constant series. Recorded live with the Budapest Art Orchestra, those familiar with AWVFTS will enjoy this from the first track in, as there is much in this orchestral piece and its following second part to connect it with last year’s Atomos album. The lengthier Last Tango In Dendermonde is more of a self-contained piece, building gradually to a zen-like state before the soaring closing track.

More transcendent music from one of the finer composers around. It’s available from bandcamp – https://adambryanbaumwiltzie.bandcamp.com/releases
