Album of the Week – 20/01/23

Despite it being mid-January and just after Blue Monday, this is actually quite a good week for new releases!

We have new albums from the likes of Mac DeMarco (Five Easy Hot Dogs), Guided By Voices (La La Land) and Norwegian songstress Siv Jakobsen (Gardening). Dave Rowntree of Blur has also released something without his more famous friends, called Radio Songs.

In the end, we went for one of our favourite Irish bands, The Murder Capital. Their second album is a beaut and more than deserving of this award…

Albums of the Week — The Murder Capital – Gigi’s Recovery
