Album of the Week – 11/11/22

It’s a quiet enough week for new releases, but there is one that will hoover up most of the attention, with the return of Bruuuuuce (Bruce Springsteen – Only the Strong Survive). Yes, the 73-year-old, New Jersey born star returns with what could be his 100th album?

Otherwise, Bright Eyes have released a number of ‘companion’ pieces to their recent albums. An oddity, but worth checking out for all fans of Conor Oberst. There are also new releases from Gold Panda (The Work), Kormac (Equivalent Exchange) and a few more besides.

We’ve plumped for an electronic band who have been making diverse and interesting music for over 30 years! Could that be right?
