Hennessy Music Trail at Other Voices

Hennessy Music Trail at Other Voices – 30 Nov – 02 Dec

With Other Voices starting today we thought we’d have a look at some of the artists performing as part of the Hennessy Music Trail, which features some of the best of Irish acts! You can hear five of our favourites below including the music from the beautiful “Swan Lake / Loch na hEala” by Slow Moving Clouds, Colm Mac Con Iomaire and more besides.

“Providing a showcase for rising Irish talent, the trail features a rich mix of up and coming arists and music scene veterans. Taking place in several venues across Dingle, the Hennessy Music Trail brings a bit of Other Voices out of St. James’ Church and into the town, staging free gigs throughout the afternoon and into the night.”

A Ritual Sea –

“A Ritual Sea formed in 2016 over a love of film, dream pop, shoegaze and all things esoteric. The four-piece, from Dublin and Paris, released their track ‘Serpentine’ as a free download in late 2016, and began playing live in early 2017. Inspired by the films of Bergman, Tarkovsky and Altman, their songs draw on observations of the ritualistic dimensions of human relationships. Album due 2018.  A Ritual Sea formed in 2016 over a love of film, dream pop, shoegaze and all things esoteric.
