Mogwai have just shared a video for “Coolverine,” the first single from their forthcoming album Every Country’s Sun (out September 1 on Temporary Residence Ltd.). The stunning B&W clip, directed by James and Justin Lockey of Handheld Cine Club, manages an unlikely balance of apocalyptic imagery and austere hopefulness.
