The Dublin Dance Festival is off to a great start and runs until the 28th of May. The International Literature Festival Dublin 2017 runs until 28th May 2017.
Our musical tips include Carla Bley, Steve Swallow, Andy Sheppard (NCH), The Afghan Whigs (The Academy), Jenn Grant (Whelan’s Upstairs) and The Unthanks (Vicar Street) among others. The Life Festival also takes place this weekend.
Not much in the way of new theatre, but there is Young Skins – The Clancy Kid & Bait at the New Theatre and This Lime Tree Bower at the Viking.
The RHA Annual Exhibition opens this week, which is always interesting. The IMMA Collection Freud Project is a must see!
