It’s the Year of the Rooster folks, but I’m sure you already knew that, right? There is a festival taking place to celebrate the Chinese New Year with lots of events until Feb 12th.

There’s not a huge amount of gigs on, but there’s still a few good ones with Conor Oberst (Bord Gais Energy Theatre) and Frightened Rabbit (The Academy) both on next Sunday! 65daysofstatic will bring their wall of noise to the Button Factory on Saturday. Also, the 100th episode of Kaleidoscope will take place at the Sugar Club on Wednesday!

At the Theatre, there’s Hamlet at the Bord Gais and the wonderful Dublin Oldskool returns to the Project.

The IMMA Collection Freud Project is a must see!
