Young Hearts Run Free present Yule! – Saturday 3rd December 2016

Yule is the Christmas event from the good people at Young Hearts Run Free, and this year they’ve managed to get some great names such as the Booka Brass Band and David O’Doherty. They’ve also just announced Richie Egan (Jape), so the line up continues to grow!

Young Hearts Run Freeare delighted to announce details of their eighth annual Christmas show – Yule! – in the Dublin Food CO-OP, on Saturday 3 rd December, running from 7.30pm until 2.30am.

Featuring some of Ireland’s most creative talent, as well as special guest – Glasgow’s Alasdair Roberts (Drag City), Yule! brings some of the best artists together in the market hall of Dublin’s Food CO-OP, for a Christmas-jamboree.

Artists featured will include long-time supporter, comedian David O’Doherty, exciting, emerging musical talents such as Le Boom, Wastefellow, Maria Kelly, Tandem Felix, Paddy Hanna, the Sligo hip-hop of This Side Up, and the brilliant Booka Brass Band.

Yule! will also have a special performance as a tribute to The Replacements, with a supergroup comprising Peter Toomey (The Immediate), Thomas McLaughlin (SOAK, ex-Villagers), James Byrne (SOAK, ex-Villagers), and Danny Snow (Villagers).

There will be a super SURPRISE guests, and a couple more additions to be announced, closer to the time.
