Live Collision is the main festival in town this week, it runs from the 30th to the 4th of December. It’s a live art festival and if you’re wondering what that means, find out here!
There’s a lot of new theatre such as La Bohème at the Bord Gais, Murder of Crows at Theatre Upstairs and Dubliners Women at the New Theatre, among others. The world of Dinner Theatre continues its resurgence in Dublin with ‘Twas the night before Murder in Smock Alley.
It’s a great week for live music also. We’d happily recommend Kate Tempest (Tuesday at Whelans), Primal Scream (The Olympia Theatre), Margaret Glaspy (The Grand Social), Agnes Obel (Vicar Street), Super Furry Animals (The Olympia Theatre) and Teenage Fanclub (The Academy). There’s a few more besides..
The IMMA Collection Freud Project is a must see!
