Dublin Event Guide (7-11-16 – 13-11-16)

One of my favourite live bands are in town this week, after a very substantial break! The Trashcan Sinatras are pretty dazzling live, so check them out if you can. Otherwise, Thursday looks fun with Ash, Roisin O
Bastille & David Kitt. Some difficult choices to make!

There’s a few new pieces of theatre this week with God Has No Country in Smock Alley and Test Dummy in Theatre Upstairs.

The Dublin Book Festival 2016 runs in Smock Alley from the 10 Nov – 13 Nov. It includes some interesting talks such as John Boorman with Declan Power in Conversation with Seán Rocks. Also, there’s Buried Treasure: Overlooked, Forgotten and Uncrowned Albums with Cormac Battle, Dan Hegarty, Bronagh Gallagher and Ian Wilson in conversation with Tony Clayton-Lea!

The IMMA Collection Freud Project is a must see!
