Dublin Event Guide (30-05-16 – 5-06-16)

So, it’s June already? This year is on fast forward! As it’s the long weekend, it officially means it’s festival season, with Forbidden Fruit, Down with Jazz and Vantastival all this weekend. You have no excuse not to get out there and boogie!

There’s also a good bit going on in Theatre, with Town is Dead, The Birthday Party and 69 Shades of Gay among others. Gangsters have taken over the Lighthouse cinema! Ok, not really, but they’re showing the Godfather trilogy all week.

The Patrick Hennessy Exhibition at IMMA is worth checking out. The RHA Annual Exhibition is in full swing.

There’s also a couple more festivals with Vantastival (Badly Drawn Boy, Hot Sprockets etc) and Down with Jazz (which is always lots of fun).
