Batten down the hatches, it’s December on Tuesday and there’s no point denying it any longer, it’s Christmas! There’s Christmas movies all around and lots of Irish bands playing their home coming tours, but there’s more than enough going on if you’re not that way inclined.
In the world of theatre, there’s Snake Eaters at the New Theatre and It’s a wonderful bleedin Life at Bewleys. There’s also the openinig of the Importance of Being Earnest at the Gate. Thundercat is still in town, but he’s not alone! There’s the Magic Numbers, East India Youth, Gaz Coombes and a whole lot of Hypnotic Brass Ensemble who pretty much play every hour of every day at the Sugar Club!
