I’m nearing physical exhaustion, or a new disease I’m calling play-itis, as the Dublin Theatre Festival enters its final week (until the 11th of October). The death of Brian Friel makes the opening of (probably) his most famous play Dancing at Lughnasa a fitting tribute.
