Speed dating is a difficult skill, five minutes to empty your soul to another. Five minutes to find just the right blend of chatty and fun, friendly and outgoing, and then to have to do the whole thing again five minutes later. Four young people meet each other on a night out under these unusual circumstances. They each have complications in their own lives. One is a mother, with a husband and child waiting for her at home. One is a computer sales man that hates his job and spends his nights getting drunk or high. Another works in a cafe but has found a new way to make money. The last one has just had some very serious medical news and is dealing with the consequences.
This is the new production by Sugarglass Theatre company, who previously brought us Tender Napalm and All Hell Lay Beneath which was one of the most exciting and innovative events in the Fringe Festival a couple of years back.
