Seamus Heaney was Ireland’s greatest living poet and a Nobel prize winner, who sadly died in August of last year. Poetry Ireland and One City: One Book have organised a night to celebrate his life and work at the National Concert Hall, with a night of music and poetry. Many of his friends and fellow poets are taking to the stage including: Theo Dorgan, Peter Fallon, Michael Longley, Donal Lunny Paula Meehan, Paul Muldoon and Liam O’Flynn.
This is a night not to be missed by any fan of the great man!
