ISLA Festival 2013 – Instituto Cervantes Dublín – Oct 18th-20th

imagen_isla_web_english

This is probably the best literary festival you haven’t heard of, certainly it nearly passed me by without noticing it. It has some familiar faces such as Marina Carr, Paula Meehan, John Banville and Eileen Battersby, and a few writers from Spain and South American countries such as Susana Cella (Argentina), Manuel Gutiérrez Aragón (Spain), René Vázquez Díaz (Cuba), Susana Cella (Argentina), Julio Espinosa (Chile), Manuel Gutiérrez Aragón (Spain), Fernando Sánchez Dragó (Spain).

The events will be simultaneously translated to English and Spanish. The best thing about it is that all events are free! There are limited numbers, so contact the Cervantes Institute if you’re interested. You can find full details here.
