Kimya Dawson was one of the Moldy Peaches, but is possibly best know for her involvement in the soundtrack with Juno. She’s an amazingly warm character, and her live shows involve stories about her kids, songs and possibly a few kid’s party games.
Out of her last few albums, there has been a heavy focus on Kids, as that’s what is going on her life. Albums such as Alphabutt and Remember that I love you are perfect for the little people in your life. It’s great to see the Kimya coming to Dublin, and it’s certainly something to look forward to, this will serve as the perfect antidote to the winter blues (my God, November seems a long way away!).
