Another side project from Justin Vernon, and one that slipped out without the usual media frenzy. He’s working with Brian Moen (Peter Wolf Crier) and Phil Cook to make an album of simple blues/ rock and roll music.

Most of the album is on youtube, and you can hear the full thing on NPR.

It will probably not last as long or have as big a reaction as his Bon Iver albums, but nice to hear his vocals on pretty much anything!
