Has it really been that long? I guess bands are around for a long time before you eventually hear of them, but it certainly doesn’t seem like ten years since God Is An Astronaut came on the scene! Still, none the less, it is ten years, and they’re celebrating it in style on December 15th (Saturday) in Vicar Street.

I wouldn’t have thought of Ireland as having a post rock scene, but Wikipedia claims we do! With the Rednecks, Halves and GIAA, it’s a pretty impressive line up actually!
