Free Shakespeare – The Tempest – Iveagh Gardens

Judging on the Irish summer, I think the Tempest is quite a fitting production for Fortune’s Fool to put on. Last summer it was Romeo and Juliet, but this time out, it’s Prospero and the boys. This is a free outdoor event, and unticketed so just turn up (early I would imagine). People are encouraged to bring picnics and rugs to sit on etc.

The venue is outdoors in the Iveagh Gardens, just off Stephens Green. The show starts at 7 pm on week days (August 3rd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th) and at 3 pm on weekends (August 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th).

You can find out more information on them on their facebook page here.
