Dublin International Comedy Film Festival

Just before silly season begins, there is (possibly) the last Film Festival of the year, the Dublin International Comedy Festival. It runs from today until Saturday night and features films (new and old), short films, interviews with directors and casting directors, and other events. You can find full details here.
