Buzzfest 2023, Phibsborough, – Sat 23rd/Sun 24th September

The annual sustainability and biodiversity festival Buzzfest takes place on the grounds of St Peter’s Church and Phibsboro Scouts Hall and Villa Bank Garden, on Saturday 23rd September 2-5pm and Sunday 24th September 1.30-5pm.

This year taking place over two days, among the events taking place are a Repair Café, a Sustainable Fashion Workshop and Clothes Swap and a Mini Pond Building Workshop with podcaster Collie Ennis.

The Blessing of the Bees will take place in the church grounds which is an ancient ritual and integral part of Buzzfest.

Members of the Biodiversity Group and Sustainability Group will be on hand to offer advice and share information. There’s also a Baking Competition with a pollinator theme, and special guest judge James Kavanagh.  Entry is free to this unique event.
