Water Pageant are Nick Tingay and Lizzy McBain, an Oxford-based boy/girl dream-folk duo who have recently announced themselves to the world with their debut album Outlines. Released in Spring 2016, it picked up radio support from Max Reinhardt and Fiona Talkington on Late Junction on Radio 3, and Tom Ravenscroft on BBC 6Music.
