Thursday the 30th of Jan at 7pm.

Tickets available here.

Happenings and Le Cool are delighted to announce another screening of Future Shorts. This time we’ll be showing the Winter Season 2013/2014 in Freemasons Lodge on Thursday January 30th 2014.

This Winter Season we present you 6 films from France, Poland, Serbia, Finland & Afghanistan – it is going to be a truly international excursion into the world of shorts.

This will be followed by an exclusive screening of The Last Days of Peter Bergmann which was selected for competition at the Sundance Film Festival. It will be followed by a Q&A with director Ciaran Cassidy and editor John Murphy.

“In the summer of 2009, a man calling himself Peter Bergmann and claiming to be from Austria arrived in Sligo Town. Over his final three days, Peter Bergmann would go to great lengths to ensure no one would ever discover who he was or where he came from.” IMDB
