It’s six years since Mum visited Dublin, but after a brief google, I think I saw them play Dublin on their previous visit in 2004, where Animal Collective were support on the night according to this (sadly, they didn’t stick out in my mind!). They’re an impressive live act and blend electronic sounds as well as a variety of live instruments with ease, along with a their quirky views on the world around us.
They return to Dublin’s Button Factory on the 19-11-13, with tickets at €17.50.
The lead single of their new album ‘Toothwheels’ is below, and there’s also a collaboration with Kylie Minogue as an extra track on the new album.
