There’s a few new gigs on the Horizon that are worth a mention. I’ve added the Killers and Mumford & Sons gigs to the list, but to be honest, you couldn’t pay me enough to go to either of them! Ok, I’d probably go for about 50 euro, but you get my point.
The ones I’m actually excited about are Why? and Devandra. I saw Devandra in the Village a few years ago and I wanted to be a hippie after it for about a week (until my cold, cold heart kicked into gear once more)! He’s amazing live and just such a lovely guy, so chilled!
Out of the events in big fields, Blur and Ennio (who is even older than Leonard at 82!) jump out at me. I’ll let you decide though…
The Field and Shit Robot – May 5th – Button Factory
