Charity Children are a two piece from New Zealand who ended up in Berlin, where they live and work, creating simple and quite lovely songs, such as the one below.
Elizabeth is billed as “a tribute to the unloved; a marching exaltation devoted to the downtrodden, bullied and supposedly weak”.
They’ve been working with 15 musicians on their debut album ‘The Autumn Came’ which will be released later this year. I’m looking forward to hearing what they come up with!
Any chance of a Dublin date guys?
