Deep Blue Sea seems to be the critics choice of the week. It’s a Terence Davies’ adaptation of the Terrence Rattigan play from 1952, and sounds like it’s top notch.
Other movies of note are ‘My Week with Marilyn. Sadly, not a documentary on a week spent with Marilyn Manson, but another period piece, with Michelle Williams starring as Miss Monroe. It sounds sweet, and is getting average to good reviews in most quarters. It’s the story of the supposed love affair between an average Joe and Miss Monroe during short stay in England.
Moneyball is Brad Pitt’s new effort, which gets average reviews, and I’m aiming to not see as it’s about baseball.
