A bit later than normal with my movie reviews, but the exciting thing is that I’ve actually seen one of the movies, and actually know things about it! Quite an achievement, so here goes, for what might actually be the first review here, of Almodovar’s new one ‘The skin I live in’.

It’s alright. Grand really. Bit daft, but if you don’t think about it too much, it’s fine. There now, was that worth waiting for, or wha’?

Otherwise, it’s mostly trash. One Day is hated by all who have seen it, so one to avoid. Conan the Barbarian is a remake of a crap movie, so therefore has to be worse than crap. Still, it’s better than one day. Final Destination 5 gets average reviews off all the papers, but obviously they’re wrong, as I’m quite sure it’s brill. Another 3-D effort, so I’m sure there’s lots of things jumping out of the screen at you.
