The facts as they now stand: Prince may or may not play Malahide Castle on Saturday July 30. They’re certainly selling tickets for it, so they expect him to show up!

I’ve never seen Prince, and out of deference to my inner 14 year old, who thought Prince was one of the coolest cats on the planet, I was intending on going to see him in Croke park, several years ago. Sadly it wasn’t to be, but will he tempt me to Malahide? We shall see. tickets are € 89.90, which is a little hard to swallow. I guess we’ll have to get him to confirm he’s not playing his new album, before anyone considers it!
