Ouch, this one has hit me where it hurts. I’m now looking for a new summer festival, as ATP have announced that Animal Collective’s ATP (May 13-15th) will be the last Summer Festival for ‘The forseeable future’.

They will focus their summer events on the London based ‘I’ll be your mirror’ weekend, which sadly isn’t a proper festival at all. I’ll have to come up with a new festival to go to, with Primavera being the obvious choice, but there’s no nipping back to the chalet for a cup of tea inbetween  events there! There’s always electric picnic I guess, and even Body and Soul, maybe even The Big Chill.

The nightmare before Christmas events seem to be going ahead, which is something. Looking forward to what Les Savy Fav have in store for us in December!
