The Dublin Book Fesitval starts tomorrow, the 2nd of March and runs on until Sunday the 6th. It is a mix of readings and discussion on various topics around the city. From a quick look through the festival, there’s various names you’d be familiar with, such as Fintan O’Toole, Vincent Brown and Don Conroy, to name but a few.

It does seem to lack the international writers that the Dublin Writer’s Festival seems to bring in, but there’s more than a few interesting things around the city that might be worth checking out. There’s a 44 page programme for the event here, There’s events writing based around Crime, Kids, Short Stories, Poetry among many others.
